User Responsibility:

• Users submit URLs, app links, or campaign content at their own risk. Rainwater Labs is not responsible for the legality, policy compliance, or content of the submitted apps/websites. All responsibility for compliance with ad platform policies remains with the user.

Logins:

• Google Login and Facebook Login are used for authentication only. We do not access or store personal data through these methods.

No Sensitive Data:

• We do not collect sensitive personal data (such as biometric information, religious beliefs, or health data).

2. Data Usage

• We use the information above solely to run ad campaigns via supported ad platform APIs, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other platforms. Your data is not repurposed beyond this intent.
• Users acknowledge that prepaid credits or payments submitted for campaigns may be forfeited if campaigns cannot be executed due to non-compliance with ad platform policies.
• Users confirm that submitted apps and campaigns comply with applicable age restrictions for the target audience.

3. Data Sharing & Processors

• No Third-Party Sharing: Campaign-related information may be accessed by ad platforms strictly to serve campaigns. Rainwater Labs does not provide these platforms with additional personal data.
• Payment Gateway: Payments are processed by Razorpay; we do not provide Razorpay with any product or campaign data, nor do we process payment information beyond initiating the transaction.
• Hosting: Our platform is hosted on AWS servers located in India. No data is transferred outside India.

4. User Rights

• As no personal data is collected, requests for access, correction, or deletion of personal data do not apply.
• Users must be 18 years or above to use our services.

5. Data Security

• We maintain stringent controls to ensure the security and confidentiality of the limited data collected—primarily via industry-standard cloud infrastructure (AWS India).
• We do not collect or store personal or payment details directly.

6. Cookies & Tracking

• Our platform does not use cookies or tracking technologies at present.
