  • Campaign Setup – Configures campaigns across ad platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok, etc.), setting targeting parameters and enabling tracking tools.
  • Ad Placement – Places and launches ads across selected platforms.
  • Performance Monitoring – Continuously monitors campaign performance in real time and optimizes for maximum engagement and conversions.

2. How is pricing structured?

  • Pricing is performance-based and covers everything end-to-end.
  • You enter the number of users you want to acquire.
  • The platform calculates the estimated budget required.
  • You can adjust your goals and budget to see how many users you can realistically acquire.
  • Pricing includes user acquisition, campaign setup, performance management, and optimizations.
  • There are no hidden costs at any stage.

3. What is your refund and cancellation policy?

  • Rainwater Labs does not offer refunds or cancellations once payment is made.
  • Users have the onus of checking app compliance with ad platform guidelines.
  • A Prohibited App Categories list is available for quick compliance checks.
  • Rainwater’s AI engine also analyzes your app and flags if it falls under prohibited categories.
  • If a user proceeds with a non-compliant app and it is rejected by ad platforms, there will be no refunds or cancellations.

4. Which apps cannot be promoted on Rainwater Labs?

Apps that fall under the following categories cannot be promoted on Rainwater Labs due to ad platform restrictions:

  • Gambling & Betting
  • Financial Services (unlicensed loans, crypto, forex, etc.)
  • Alcohol, Tobacco & Recreational Drugs
  • Sexual Content & Adult Services
  • Healthcare & Medicines (restricted or prescription products)
  • Weapons, Explosives & Dangerous Products
  • Shocking or Violent Content
  • Counterfeit Goods
  • Misleading or Deceptive Content
  • Political Content

5. Who is responsible for app eligibility?

  • Users are entirely responsible for ensuring app compliance with ad platform policies and laws.
  • Rainwater Labs provides tools and AI analysis but final responsibility lies with the user.
  • Submitting prohibited apps may result in account suspension and forfeiture of prepaid funds.

6. Can my account be suspended?

Yes, your account may be suspended or terminated if:

  • You submit apps in prohibited categories.
  • You violate ad platform policies or applicable laws.
  • Fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized activity is detected.
  • In such cases, prepaid balances or credits will be forfeited without refund.

7. Do you guarantee campaign results?

  • Rainwater Labs does not guarantee specific results such as exact downloads, conversions, or revenue.
  • Campaign performance depends on ad platforms, user behaviour, and market conditions.
  • Our AI engine continuously optimizes campaigns to achieve the best possible performance.

8. How secure is my data?

  • We do not collect or store sensitive personal data (biometrics, religion, health, etc.).
  • Login is via Google authentication or OTP verification only; we do not store login data.
  • Payments are securely processed through Razorpay; we do not store card or bank information.
  • All campaign data is stored on AWS servers in India with industry-standard security.

9. What happens to my prepaid balance if my campaign is stopped?

  • If your app violates policies, your balance will be forfeited.
  • If your campaign ends normally, any unused balance will remain in your account for future use.
  • Refunds are not provided under any circumstances.

10. Who can use Rainwater Labs?

  • Users must be 18 years or older.
  • A valid Google or Email account is required to access the platform.

11. Can I appeal if my app or account is rejected?

  • The final decision rests solely with Rainwater Labs and the ad platforms.
