User Service Agreement & Digital Authorization

This digital declaration (“Agreement”) is made between:

• First Party – The User (“Client”, “you”) The individual or organization creating and using a Rainwater Labs account.
• Second Party – Rainwater Labs Private Limited (“Rainwater Labs”, “we”, “us”) A company incorporated under the laws of India.

2. 1. Purpose

You authorize Rainwater Labs to plan, configure, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on third-party advertising networks (including but not limited to Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and other ad platforms) using the information you provide.

3. Scope of Coverage

This authorization automatically applies to all present and future apps, websites, or digital properties you promote through your Rainwater Labs account. A separate agreement is not required for each campaign or app.

4. Roles & Responsibilities

Your Responsibilities (First Party)

• Confirm that you are the owner or authorized representative of every app, website, or digital property you promote.
• Provide accurate and complete information and ensure that all content, products, and services comply with:
• Applicable laws and regulations in every target region
• Applicable laws and regulations in every target region, and.
• Accept full responsibility for any claims, damages, or regulatory actions arising from your content or non-compliance.
• Acknowledge that no refunds are available for payments or balances if a campaign is rejected or suspended due to policy violations.
• Rainwater Labs’ Responsibilities (Second Party)
  • Operate as a technology and advertising service provider to configure, launch, and optimize campaigns on your behalf.
  • Maintain reasonable safeguards for your data, in line with our Privacy Policy.
  • Act only on the information you provide and within the scope of this authorization.

5. Proof of Relationship

This Agreement serves as formal documentation of the business relationship between you and Rainwater Labs for verification with advertising platforms.

• Provider of Goods/Services to End Customers: You, the User.
• Provider of Advertising Technology & Campaign Execution: Rainwater Labs Private Limited.

6. Payment Terms

• Campaigns run on a prepaid, credit-based model.
• All payments are non-refundable, including unused balances or campaigns disapproved by ad platforms.

7. Term & Termination

• This Agreement remains in effect as long as your Rainwater Labs account is active.
• Rainwater Labs may suspend or terminate services for policy violations, illegal activity, or non-payment.

8. Governing Law

• This Agreement is governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Haryana, India.

9. Digital Declaration

• By checking the acceptance box and proceeding, you digitally declare and authorize the following:
• “I am the rightful owner or authorized representative of all apps, websites, or digital properties promoted through my Rainwater Labs account.”
• “I authorize Rainwater Labs Private Limited to create, manage, and optimize advertising campaigns on my behalf across supported ad platforms.”
• “I understand this digital declaration is legally binding and does not require physical or electronic signatures.”
